Ordering and Cancelling

All items show on this site are subject to stock availability. If an item is
out of stock when an order is placed then it will be sent when it comes in
stock. Alternative products will be offered via email where available.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before despatch. Get in contact with us
to cancel an order. If your order has been despatched, provided
reasonable care has been taken with the goods and returns the goods complete,
undamaged, in re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, return
the goods and be repaid the price paid in respect of them within seven
working days of their delivery. The buyer is responsible for the delivery
costs incurred.
Guarantee

Our boxes are guaranteed to be without design faults for six months. Our
cameras (including those sold in boxes) and other items are guaranteed to
be without design faults for twelve months. Items found to have a design
fault within this period will be replaced free of charge. Items found to be
without design fault will be returned at the cost of the customer. Please
contact us for more information.

We cannot and do not provide any guarantee that our boxes will be used by
wildlife, as there are many factors beyond our control.
Returns
-
As defined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000,
the buyer may, provided he or she has taken reasonable care of the goods and
returns the goods complete, undamaged, in re-saleable condition and in their
original packaging, return the goods and be repaid the price paid in respect
of them within seven working days of their delivery. The buyer is
responsible for the delivery costs incurred.
Damaged Goods

Goods damaged after delivery can be repaired at cost to the customer. Repair
will usually be more cost effective than buying a new item. Please contact
